They schedule. They show up. They do the work to the Guild Standard. If anything goes sideways, you tell us privately on the Report An Issue page. We investigate every report.

Yes. Always. The Guild is supported by member dues and Master tier marketing services. Your wallet never opens to find a pro through us.

What if my ZIP isn't covered?

Tell us anyway. We grow into new ZIP codes based on demand. Your request might be the one that brings a Guild member to your block.

Do you handle emergencies?

Some Guild members offer 24/7 emergency response. Use the form and select the matching service. We route emergency requests faster, but if you have a true safety issue (gas leak, water main break, electrical hazard) call 911 or your local utility first.

What if I want to interview multiple contractors?

That's not what we do. The Guild is built on the idea that one trusted match beats ten cold quotes. If you want to shop around for the lowest bid, sites like Angi or HomeAdvisor will serve you better.

What happens if the Guild member doesn't show up?

Submit a Report An Issue. We investigate every report within 48 hours. Members who repeatedly fail to show get removed from the Guild.

Can I request a specific Guild member?

Yes. Mention them by name in the form. We'll route the request directly if they serve your ZIP and trade.

How long until I hear back?

Within 24 hours from the Guild member, usually faster. If 24 hours pass with no contact, email us at hello@dmvtradesguild.com and we'll re-route.
